Shipping - Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Shipping is flat rate priority shipping within the United States and therefore may be less than what is listed. We will make every effort to ship within 24 hours of reciept of your order and will send you an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
We can not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresse provided by the customer.
Please email us if you require shipping outside the United States.
Please contact us immediately if you do not recieve your order within 5 days of ship date.
Returns:
In addition to making quality soaps, customer service is our number one priority. Unfortunately, we can not make refunds on our soaps, but can (and will) give you a store credit. Full refunds will be given on soap bags, providing they are unused, upon receipt of the bag.
If you need to request a refund: Please email me and we'll be happy to do anything we can to make sure you are 100% satisified.
To return soap bags: Please email us with your request. You will then be provided with a return code and additional shipping instructions. Bags must be returned unused and the return code clearly written on the front of the package. Refunds will not be given for used soap bags.
